If you are not satisfied with our service, we offer a fair refund.
- You must not have used 50% of your actual monthly plan minutes and you can not apply for a refund of before billing periods.
This is to avoid abuse of our refund policy.
2. How to request a refund
To request a refund you can contact our support team by emailing us at support@amplipod.io. Please provide your reason for your refund request.
3. Refund Processing
Refunds will be processed within 11-15 business days after approval. Please note that it may take a few additional days for the refund to appear on your credit card statement.
4. Modification of refund policy
Amplipod reserves the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Any changes to the refund policy will be posted on our website and will be effective immediately.
